CHARACTERISTICS: universal base mixture without dairy products. By adding skimmed milk powder an excellent structure for creams can be obtained.
USE: hot and cold.
CREAM
PROPORTIONS: 50 g product – 240/250 g sugar – 1 litre milk or water.
FRUIT
Proportions with paste: 1 litre water – 300 g sugar – 50 g product – 100 g fruit paste – 5 g Softin.
Proportions with 30% fruit: 0.6 litres water – 400 g fruit – 260 g sugar – 50 g product – 50 g fruit paste – 3 g Softin.
